• 60/90 Minute Massage – $90/$140
  Relaxing, customized treatment using a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point techniques.

• Custom/Recovery Massage (90 min) – $150
  Customized massage/stretching techniques tailored to injuries, recovery, improving athletic performance or your own personal goals. Helps those looking to maintain ultimate wellness and improve range of motion.
• Hot Stone Massage (90 min) – $150
  Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that incorporates smooth, heated stones, typically made of basalt, a volcanic rock known for its heat retention properties. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the muscles, enhancing the effects of the massage.
• Foot, Hand, and/or Head Massage (30 min) – $50
  Massage focused to foot, hand and/or head to help reduce stress and/or migraines.

Add Ons/Pricing:

• Hot Towel (FREE) – Addition of heat to relieve sore muscles and reduce tension.
• CBD Oil ($15) – Deeply relaxes muscles, calms inflammation, relieves joint and muscle soreness, and nourishes the skin.
• Biofreeze ($10) – Provides deep and long-last relief from sore muscles and joints. Reduces inflammation and allows more effective deep tissue and trigger point work. 
• Cupping ($30) – Increases local blood flow, loosens facia, relieves muscle pain, speeds recovery, reduces muscle tightness.
